Initiating a successful project always commences with the formulation of a plan! During this phase, your level of involvement can be tailored to your preference, allowing you to choose how deeply you wish to engage in the process
All preparations have been completed; it's time to begin. The initial phase in any hardscape project involves excavating the soil to create space for the foundational gravel base upon which your stone project will be placed.
The foundation preparation stands as the pivotal phase for preserving both the aesthetics and longevity of your project. Initially, we lay a geotextile fabric between the firmly compacted soil below and the crushed stone aggregate composing the base. This fabric serves as a safeguard against the gradual settling of the aggregate into the soil, which could otherwise compromise the stability and appearance of your project over time.
We commence the process by constructing any retaining walls included in the design, and then proceed to lay the pavers. In no time, you'll witness your project taking form right before your very eyes.
At Falcon AZ, we make every effort to minimize disruption to your lawn throughout the construction process. However, it's inevitable that some degree of disturbance to your grass may occur as we work towards turning your property dreams into reality. Rest assured, we prioritize the restoration of your lawn by replenishing it with soil and grass seed before we conclude our work!
